All Tia Maria Empanadas are in accordance with the Food Buying Guide for Child Nutrition Programs. There are no artificial ingredients in any of our products. We offer two variations of Empanadas: with wheat crust or with corn crust. Empanadas with corn crust are certified gluten-free. Our products contain no MSG, artificial coloring or flavoring, peanuts, peanut oil, or lard. They have zero trans-fat.
